This floorplan is not completely new, it is version of this floorplan. I wanted to see what this floorplan would look like with two opposite bright sides and lateral sides closed, in case few apartments would be side by side. Anyway, with big windows, apartment would be bright and light. Apartmetn has two tiny bedrooms, but it can also be only one decent sized bedroom and if needed, can be divided with dry wall.

Considering fact that one part of storage/ wardrobe is not so accessible (see floorplan), it is important to plan it well so every inch can be used.

Windows are on whole wall since only that side is sunny side and must light complete room of 20+ m2. Kitchen range hood must be put smart- there are solutions in which kitchen range hood can be pull out from the floor cabinet.

Here is also present exit to balcony (which is not present on floorplan).

If is necessary. If not, also can be desk here like small work space. Of course, in that case, person who is sitting is turned against the light, but you cannot have everything.

Living room is on corridor instead of being in some separate part of the room, but since this is small apartment therefore for 2 or 3 people max, there shouldn't be much traffic here. This time instead of living room, I put kitchen and dining room next to windows since it is more important for kitchen, in which you work, to have plenty of natural light.

It looks very interesting to me, looking as pitched roof.

Hahaha on this blog every room is tiny. However, this tiny room has everything needed.

No matter on age of person who sleeps here or on which floor is apartment situated, I recommend putting bars on window :).

It is in 2 lines: 60cm i 45 cm of depth, and 145 cm of length.
