In comparison with first option is that entrance doors are slightly moved to the left (I hope that's posible :)), so living room is nearer and due to that conformation, kitchen and dining room have different shape.

This time grey- white design. Kitchen is in similar colors, semi- closed.

Entering work space is from living room. Is 1,3 wide, which should be sufficient to pull chair out and normally sit. This room has small bench beneath window, as some rest bench. If is storage beneath, it seems like space is cluttered too much, so I left like this.

It has small walk in closet and part for crib, if needed. If not, it can be big walk in closet or place with armchair.

If needed.

Is simple- it has bed 160 cm wide, desk and wardrobe.

It is modest in size so you can use some high, although not so much since is standard height (260 cm).

existing floorplan

This is floorplan of one old house, but I would tell with lot of potential. It is fairly sized, it has windows on all sides and entrance door could be repositioned. Even supporting walls are well positioned.

  • bathroom 6,5 m2
  • bedroom 14,0 m2

MODIFIED FLOORPLAN

Here it is.

I think I got the most out of it- question is if could be possible to do these modifications, but should not be an issue. Supporting walls are untouched, but facilites are repositioned- which can be significant expense. Hallway is not ideal since is needed to go through whole house to get to living room which is not so convenient, especially if you have guests, but I tried to make it better with interesting detail.

Additional rooms are work space and additional bathroom, all bedrooms are in sleeping part of house and are relatively close to bathroom.

  • living, dining and kitchen 31,7 m2
  • work space 3,8 m2
  • kids room 7,4 m2

  • hallway 9,6 m2
  • bathroom 4,4 m2
  • wc 1,2 m2

Of course, desing be at your wish. There is enough space for jackets, shoes, washing machine, drying machine and next to them narrow part for laundry baskets, above you can place heater or something like that.

I think this is real hit!

With this small lamps, it looks like sky with stars.

Don't know for you, but I like it :).

Focal point of room- you can enjoy in it from living, room, dining room, kitchen, even from hallway!

Table can extend, if needed more sitting places.

If you don't need work space, you can ''give'' those few m2 to kids room to extend it.

Room is small, bed is small, but there is space for playing on the floor.

If needed for big kid, you can place bed on wall where is small table, and work desk on opposite wall.

Bedroom is ok sized so if needed, you can place also nursery here. Nursery is divided with wall from bed so you can have at least some privacy.

If nursery is not needed, instead of this furniture, can be placed some armchair or something like that.

..which is not here, since there is not space for it. :). instead, you can place some shelving behind bed.

..black ceilings.
