VERSION 1- STORAGE

This floorplan was already changed here. Is not bad, it has good chance to become better, but it necessary to do something with that big room of 20 m2.
In comparison with first version's kitchen, this one has L-shaped kitchen which is more practical than long kitchen.

In hall is a wardrobe. also, you can put shoe cabinets.
I find putting shelves like this very interesting!
..is separated from living room with low wall.
Honestly, is way better than the one in version 1. Nothing special, white, with purposely different sized wall cabinets.
..is tiny, as whole apartment. But ok, it has plenty of natural light.
It is little bit kids' wallpaper, but there wasn't anything else in program what I wanted.
Bedroom is little bit awkward :)- you have 2 entrances for each side of the bed. Unfortunately, there is no space around to bed. But! there is a 3,3 m of wardrobe!
It has storage and 2 tabourets.

VERSION 1- STORAGE
This is floorplan of a building from 80's. Apartment is south faced so it's very bright. And it has some special scent.. or maybe that were fungi..
Anyway, room of 20 m2 could be potentially used better- to get one more room, storage, work space, whatever.

In hall there cabinets 30 cm of depth (better than nothing!) :). Below it, there are shelves for shoes. And I left it on purposely elevated from the floor, not to close space completely.
Corner is closed with dry wall and there are also doors which are opened towards the hall. It is convenient for storing things for cleaning, vacuum cleaner, some big stuff.
One work desk is in hall, other one in dining room. They are separated with dry wall with openings- to allow more light. And to be more interesting.
In comparison with L or U-shaped kitchen layout, this layout is not so efficient- but it is on some kind of corridor- it is incorporated with room. Anyway, it has everything needed and all appliances are standard sized.
Ok, it is not for 6 people, as I am always telling that needs to be, but here is no space for large size dining table.
This wooden battens can be made that one part is movable, so you can slide it as a door.
But it is not shown on picture.
Bed is queen sized. It is approachable from 2 sides. Big wardrobe is present as well.
Nothing special. TV is not present. And guess what- you don't need it.
Earthy, warm colors. Stucco on the wall as decoration.
