This version is totally different from first one. One part of apartment is for living room etc. Here is also one small office room, but bedrooms are small and there is not enough space for wardrobes so they are placed in hallway. Although balconies are not in the sketch (but in reality are present), in this version is possible to use both of them from living room.
Two bedroom apartment, however with ''half-windows''. As in floorplan- on the apartment's entrance side there are small windows, not standard sized. Outside apartment is outdoor but not with direct sunlight, so there is some small amount of light coming through the windows.
Center wall is supporting wall. Apartment has 2 separate balconies- from the living room and from the bedroom. Although there are two bedrooms, I tried to make another room also on the side with big ''normal'' windows, but not to interfere with the supporting wall.
living room 18,7 m2
kitchen 8,9 m2
entry hall 5,1 m2
bathroom 3,6 m2
toilete 1,3 m2
hallway 3,5 m2
bedroom 1 8,5 m2
bedroom 2 14,9 m2
total 64,5 m2
MODIFIED FLOORPLAN
Now the living room is on the left side of apartment. There is small work space added. No toilete, only one bathroom containing all. There are still two bedroom, however with unusual shape- kids room has only necessary and that's it. Parents bedroom has wardrobe, bed and sliding doors for the balcony (however, space to balcony door is really limited).
Entry hall has wardrobe and shoe cabinets. Doors which divide hall from the rest of the house are more like heat barrier because there is no hall outside apartment but outdoor. In hallway is also present wardrobe.
Bed is high with storage underneath since there is no room for standard wardrobe. Ok, there is one narrow wardrobe but with 80 cm depth- deep in closet you can put seasonal clothes.
